Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada.

All orders will ship within five business days and an email notification will be sent as soon as the item is shipped. Shipments are sent via UPS Ground and will usually arrive 3-7 days after being shipped.

Return Policy

Melissa Beth Designs is committed to delivering the highest quality products and highest level of customer service. We hope that you will be satisfied with any product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return please refer to the following policy:

MBD accepts returns within 30 days of the customer’s original receipt of the merchandise. We will provide you with a full refund, provided the returned goods are in salable condition. Shipping charges on returned (both from MBD and to MBD) are not subject to refunds.

All promotional, discounted or "sale" items sold on our website are not refundable or exchangable.

If you wish to return items purchased in an order for which you received a free item (in accordance with our “free item on purchase” special) and the total order amount becomes less than the amount required to receive the free item with the original purchase, you will be required to return the free item. Failure to do so (keeping the free item even though you have returned the other items) will be treated as your consent to purchase the free item at regular price which will be deducted from your refund credit.

Prior to shipping your return to us please obtain a return authorization (RA) number from us by sending an email to sales@melissabeth.com or fax us at (416) 946-1405. We will send you an RA form via email or fax that should be included inside your return package. This will help us expedite the return and credit process.

Returns shipped back after more than 30 days from receipt (measured from the ship date on the return package) will not be credited.

Refunds will be processed within ten business days after receipt of returned merchandise that is in salable condition.

In the unlikely event an item is damaged during initial shipping from Melissa Beth Designs or that there is a manufacturers’ defect we will replace it free of charge. Please follow the standard return procedures and be sure to advise us of the problem.
